As an ML Data Associate-II, you’ll play an essential role in training and refining our AI systems, specifically within the realm of Artificial General Intelligence. You’ll work with diverse data types—text, speech, images, video—and ensure that our models are trained accurately and responsibly. Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Quality Data Execution: Work with a variety of data—text, speech, image, and video—to deliver high-quality labeled data and ensure our AI systems are trained to be as efficient and accurate as possible.
  • Expert in Data Workflows: Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning data workflows, ensuring you provide precise feedback on various data categories, from ranking responses to creating grammatically correct text annotations.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Use your analytical skills to identify patterns, analyze root causes, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality and model performance.
  • Multitask with Precision: Balance multiple tasks with ease, quickly switching between different data categories while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
  • Innovation & Simplification: Proactively suggest ways to simplify operational workflows and remove roadblocks to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to confidentiality guidelines to safeguard customer privacy, always following Amazon's policies for securing sensitive information.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated success in executing tasks efficiently. Prior experience in Machine Learning or AI data labeling is a big plus.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other data tools; typing speed of 50+ wpm.
  • Research & Data Handling: Proven ability to leverage open-source resources for research and to analyze and process different forms of data.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating flexibility as business needs evolve.
  • Ownership & Drive: A strong sense of ownership over tasks, with the drive to meet deadlines and achieve high standards.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, ensuring clear and concise interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Education: An Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience in a technical or data-related field. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Exposure to US Culture: Familiarity with US-based cultural nuances and working environments.
