As a Technical Program Manager for AI/ML, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the development and delivery of cutting-edge projects that blend systems, software, AI/ML, and more. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the AI/ML Program Portfolio: Manage multiple projects spanning R&D, AI/ML, and technology development, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with project sponsors and technical leads to develop project plans, milestones, timelines, and ensure smooth execution within budget and on schedule.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate program risks to keep projects on track and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Continuously refine and enhance program management practices to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive change across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams, from software engineers to senior leadership, to gather requirements, align objectives, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Inspire and Influence: Lead with confidence, navigating organizational silos and influencing cross-disciplinary teams to achieve success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years of managing complex technology projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML solutions and software products from ideation through the full development cycle.
  • Leadership Skills: Expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors across different geographic locations. You inspire teams to perform at their best.
  • Project Management Tools: Strong proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub to manage and execute projects.
  • Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and provide clear direction to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity in complex situations.
  • Communication: Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, able to effectively convey complex ideas to senior leadership and technical teams alike.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with semiconductor technologies, AI/ML research, and development in systems, software, and hardware.
  • A background in agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies and adapting them for optimal project execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $154,400 to $212,300, based on experience and location.
  • Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
