Your Role:
- Build & Implement Ethical AI Models: Develop AI solutions that prioritize ethical standards like fairness, explainability, and privacy, while solving complex business challenges.
- Risk Detection & Mitigation: Assess AI models for potential risks (e.g., bias, fairness, robustness) and implement strategies to minimize them, ensuring models meet all ethical requirements.
- End-to-End AI Lifecycle: From data preparation and design to coding, testing, deployment, and support, you’ll be involved in every phase of the AI development process.
- Client Engagement: Support client conversations and provide expertise on the responsible use of AI, helping organizations implement AI that is both effective and ethical.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of the latest AI trends and ethical frameworks to improve AI systems and the processes used to develop them.
- Documentation & Transparency: Maintain clear and transparent documentation of AI development processes, decision-making, and methodologies to ensure full accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing machine learning models and deploying AI solutions across various domains (e.g., NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, etc.).
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years working with Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch to build robust solutions.
- Cloud Experience: At least 4 years working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to scale AI applications.
- Responsible AI Experience: A minimum of 2 years focusing on Responsible AI practices, assessing AI models for risks, fairness, and ethical considerations.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in Generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning models).
- In-depth knowledge of AI/ML regulations and emerging standards around AI ethics.
- Specialized knowledge in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, or Retail.
- Cloud Certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.) and Responsible AI Certifications.
- Cybersecurity expertise or familiarity with red teaming practices.
