Your Mission:

As a Senior Data Scientist in the Artificial Intelligence and Data Network Enablement team, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation. Your expertise will fuel groundbreaking AI models and analytics, improving customer experiences and driving business success. Collaborating with top-tier teams and leaders, you'll turn data into powerful insights, transforming processes and propelling our vision.

Your role will include:

• Innovating with AI & ML: Develop advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and computational strategies to unlock business opportunities.
• Crafting Data Stories: Synthesize structured and unstructured data into actionable insights using cutting-edge tools and storytelling techniques.
• Empowering Decisions: Build intuitive visualizations from modeled data for leaders and engineers.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re not just a data expert; you’re a visionary with a passion for innovation and a knack for solving complex problems. You thrive in collaborative environments, adapt quickly, and can translate data into strategies that resonate.

Must-haves:

• A bachelor’s degree (or four+ years of equivalent experience).
• At least four years of experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in statistical techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised ML, deep learning, text classification).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, Scala, or similar tools.

Bonus points for:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in wireless networks, telecom analytics, or routing systems.
• Hands-on experience with data lakes (Hadoop), SQL, and ETL.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to present insights to leaders.
