Are you a seasoned intelligence professional with a passion for supporting critical missions? At Crimson Phoenix, a leader in advanced intelligence solutions, we are seeking an Expert-Level Intelligence Analyst/Military Specialist (IA E) to join our team. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of intelligence operations, supporting USSOCOM and global Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions.

Your Mission

As an Expert-Level Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Develop and present sophisticated intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders.
• Conduct regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis, and support targeting operations.
• Utilize advanced targeting skills to identify network vulnerabilities and optimize the F3EAD targeting cycle.
• Produce high-value intelligence assessments to support SOF Task Forces operating in dynamic environments.
• Be deployment-ready to provide critical support in permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with at least 5 years at the operational level.
  • Hands-on expertise in Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis, Collection Management, and Geo-Political Analysis.
• Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of the F3EAD targeting cycle, analytic tools, databases, and intelligence systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cutting-edge intelligence platforms.
  • Strong communication and briefing skills.
• Clearances and Readiness:
  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Valid U.S. passport and ability to meet pre-deployment requirements, including medical and security screenings.

Desired Qualifications

• Acute knowledge of SOF and/or Counterterrorism intelligence operations.
• Familiarity with data-at-rest analysis to drive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
