Your Impact
As the Campus Director of Financial Assistance, you’ll lead our Student Finance Department, ensuring students receive the financial guidance they need to achieve their educational goals. You’ll oversee federal and institutional financial aid programs, drive customer service excellence, and collaborate with campus departments to meet student needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Oversee the campus Financial Assistance Department, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulations.
- Mentor & Develop: Train, onboard, and inspire your team of Student Financial Advisors, fostering professional growth.
- Innovate & Implement: Develop comprehensive financial assistance services and promote financial literacy programs for students.
- Ensure Compliance: Monitor and apply federal regulations to Title IV programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Collaborate & Solve: Partner with campus departments and step in as an expert to resolve financial aid challenges.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience as a Student Financial Advisor or similar role.
Skills & Abilities
- Deep understanding of federal financial aid regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CampusVue Student database (AI tool experience is a plus!).
- Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and deliver top-notch customer service.
