About the Role

As a Responsible AI Technical Strategist, you’ll be at the forefront of embedding responsibility into AI activities across Accenture. With a focus on cutting-edge innovation and ethical AI practices, you’ll help clients navigate the complexities of fairness, transparency, privacy, and robustness in AI solutions. This is a role for tech-savvy visionaries who thrive on solving complex challenges with a people-first approach.

What You’ll Do

• Shape Responsible AI Solutions: Build, evaluate, and deploy AI models with a focus on fairness, explainability, and robustness.
• Mitigate AI Risks: Detect and resolve issues related to bias, privacy, and security in AI systems.
• Set Industry Standards: Contribute to Accenture’s Responsible AI best practices, guidelines, and training resources.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with clients, regulators, ecosystem partners, and internal teams to design responsible AI solutions.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of AI regulations, technological advancements, and emerging ethical considerations.
• Engage and Lead: Support client conversations, deliver presentations, and document methodologies for transparency and scalability.

What You Bring

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Python.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in Responsible AI, addressing issues such as bias, fairness, and explainability.
• Expertise in AI lifecycle processes, including data preparation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical fields—or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of emerging AI regulations and standards.
• Experience with Generative AI (e.g., RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
• Expertise in designing technical architectures for AI/GenAI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and red teaming practices.
• Industry specialization in healthcare, retail, financial services, or other domains.
• Certifications in Responsible AI or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
