What You’ll Do
Strategic Alignment & Vision
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions that align with our clients’ digital transformation strategies.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable impact.
Architectural Design & Development
- Build end-to-end AI architectures, from data ingestion to deployment, leveraging cloud-native technologies and on-premises systems.
- Develop scalable machine learning models, including natural language processing, computer vision, and Generative AI applications.
Innovation & Research
- Conduct cutting-edge research to deliver practical AI solutions, optimizing for scalability, performance, and cost.
- Stay ahead of AI trends, contributing to the development of tools and techniques that redefine industry standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, business leaders, and DevOps teams to pilot and scale innovative AI solutions.
- Serve as a technical advisor, ensuring clients fully understand the potential and limitations of AI.
Operational Excellence & Risk Management
- Implement agile methodologies for AI application delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Mitigate AI risks by working closely with security and compliance teams, addressing ethical considerations and adhering to emerging regulations.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, leading technical teams, and delivering AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in AI frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and tools for MLOps and LLMOps.
- Expertise in AI model lifecycle, including feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Ability to travel (up to 25%) based on client needs.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in relevant fields.
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Azure AI Engineer).
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced machine learning techniques.
- Experience designing cloud-based AI workloads and integrating them into existing business processes.
