We’re seeking a passionate Privacy/AI Specialist to be a vital part of our Legal Department’s Privacy Office. What You’ll Do

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess Privacy and AI Risks:
    Evaluate business processes involving personal data and AI across multiple domains like advertising, digital media, customer operations, and more.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Work with cross-functional teams and legal peers to drive risk-based Privacy and AI assessments using tools like OneTrust.
  • Enhance Processes:
    Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and redefine workflows for Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and AI assessments.
  • Lead AI Governance:
    Manage the AI intake triage process, oversee first-level PIA reviews, and support AI-related inquiries, ensuring alignment with Comcast’s AI governance framework.
  • Set Metrics for Success:
    Define and track success metrics for Privacy and AI processes, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Support Operational Excellence:
    Handle administrative duties such as agenda coordination, project oversight, and managing team operations for maximum efficiency.

What You Bring

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Privacy and AI Knowledge:
    Awareness of U.S. and international privacy and AI laws, and their applications in real-world scenarios.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with tools like SharePoint and OneTrust, plus a solid understanding of technology and cybersecurity.
  • Project Management Expertise:
    Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    Adept at working with diverse teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and driving alignment.
  • Analytical Thinking:
    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and craft creative solutions.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • IAPP certification or a willingness to pursue it (a plus).

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in privacy, AI governance, or related fields.
