About the Role
As a Responsible AI Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing innovative AI solutions that prioritize fairness, transparency, and accountability. Your expertise in AI, coupled with your commitment to ethical practices, will help clients build trust in their AI systems while tackling some of the most complex challenges in the industry.

What You’ll Do
- Build AI with Integrity: Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI models with a focus on fairness, robustness, explainability, and privacy.
- Analyze and Mitigate Risks: Detect, evaluate, and address Responsible AI dimensions such as bias, transparency, and robustness in AI systems.
- Collaborate and Educate: Support client engagements by providing technical expertise and contribute to internal guidelines and best practices for Responsible AI development.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of AI trends and ethical considerations, integrating them into solutions that set industry benchmarks.
- Optimize and Enhance: Refine existing AI systems to ensure performance and compliance with ethical standards.
What You Bring to the Team
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions (e.g., regression, neural networks, NLP, deep learning).
- 5+ years of Python development experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- 2+ years of experience in Responsible AI (e.g., testing for risks like bias, transparency, or fairness).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Professional Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Commitment to ethical AI practices and continuous learning.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with generative AI solutions, AI regulations, and designing AI architectures on cloud platforms.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, red-teaming practices, or specialization in industries like healthcare, finance, or retail.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Google, Azure) or Responsible AI (AIPP or similar).
