About the Role

As a Responsible AI Engineer, you’ll bridge technical innovation and ethical AI practices, helping clients navigate the complexities of building state-of-the-art yet accountable AI systems. Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models with a focus on fairness, transparency, explainability, and robustness.
  • Mitigating AI risks such as bias, privacy breaches, and system vulnerabilities.
  • Supporting client sales conversations and optimizing AI systems for performance and ethical adherence.
  • Creating and maintaining AI development guidelines, documentation, and transparent methodologies.
  • Staying ahead of the curve on AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dynamic professionals with:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • 4+ years of expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • 2+ years of experience in Responsible AI practices (evaluating AI systems for risks such as bias and fairness).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields—or equivalent experience.

You should have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to ethical AI, and the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Knowledge of emerging data and AI regulations.
  • Experience in GenAI solutions (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG models).
  • Expertise in cybersecurity or AI red teaming practices.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in healthcare, financial services, retail, etc.
  • Certifications in Responsible AI or cloud platforms.
