About the Role
As a Responsible AI Technical Strategist, you’ll balance technical brilliance with ethical foresight, ensuring AI systems not only solve complex challenges but also inspire trust.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- AI Development: Build and deploy AI solutions, ensuring they are robust, fair, and transparent.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks in AI systems, such as bias, explainability, and robustness.
- Client Collaboration: Support sales conversations and align technical solutions with client objectives.
- Thought Leadership: Develop internal guidelines, best practices, and training programs for Responsible AI.
- Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in all phases of AI development, from design to deployment, while ensuring ethical integrity.
What You Bring
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in AI/ML model development using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Python.
- 4+ years with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI solutions.
- 2+ years of Responsible AI experience, focusing on dimensions like fairness, explainability, and robustness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
Key Skills:

- Strong communication skills to translate technical details into actionable insights.
