The Role
As a Tech Consulting AI/ML Scientist, you will:
- Innovate Solutions: Develop and implement advanced AI/ML systems to address real-world challenges.

Your Day-to-Day
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML models and systems.
- Translate technical solutions into business value for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Provide strategic direction for AI integration within organizations.
- Evaluate applications for AI readiness and identify optimal methods for implementation.
- Guide technical teams through architecture design, resource planning, and solution deployment.
- Stay informed on emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and compliance regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- Certification in a major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- 8+ years of experience creating and operating AI/ML teams and driving transformation programs.
- 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML systems design and implementation.
- 3+ years of experience working with operations teams and tools.
- 3+ years of consulting experience, including selling to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree (or 12+ years of relevant work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Expertise with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with industry-specific applications of AI in areas such as healthcare, financial services, or communications.
- Proficiency in Cloud Native, Containers, and Serverless Architectures.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation varies based on location, experience, and role requirements:
- California: $94,400 to $293,800
- Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
- New York: $87,400 to $293,800
