Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Work with development, operations, and support teams to ensure optimal application performance.
   
• Monitor the performance of applications, microservices, and infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
   
• Develop and maintain dashboards, s, and reports for real-time and historical performance metrics.
   
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system configurations and improve the overall user experience.
   
• Support incident management by identifying root causes of performance issues using Dynatrace APM.
   
• Train and mentor internal teams on Dynatrace best practices, usage, and optimization strategies.
   
• Stay up to date with new Dynatrace features, releases, and industry trends.
   

Years of experience needed – 5 yrs

Technical Skills:

Skilled Dynatrace professional with experience in application performance monitoring (APM) solutions, particularly Dynatrace
 

• Experience to Install, configure, and manage the Dynatrace platform across all environments
   
• Experience in real-time troubleshooting of performance issues using Dynatrace's AI-driven insights.
   
• Experience in performing regular health checks of the Dynatrace infrastructure and ensure appropriate updates and maintenance.
