Your Mission
As VP of AI Strategy & Analytics, you’ll lead the charge in:
- Shaping the Strategic Direction: Spearhead AI initiatives, with a special focus on generative AI, to elevate the enterprise. Develop ethical guardrails, best practices, and a centralized framework to empower business innovation.
- Driving Real Impact: Work alongside business units, finance, and risk management to identify high-value AI use cases aligned with organizational goals.
- Leading by Example: Oversee a team of talented data scientists, driving collaboration, rapid prototyping, and development of cutting-edge analytics solutions.
- Cultivating Innovation: Champion a test-and-learn culture to continually improve and deploy advanced AI capabilities in financial services.
- Guiding Enterprise AI Governance: Lead the Data & Analytics Council, addressing critical enterprise-wide topics like data governance, resource allocation, and talent development.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a visionary leader with:
- Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in business consulting, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- AI and Data Mastery: 7-10 years in strategy, analytics, or consulting roles with hands-on expertise in AI and advanced analytics.
- Leadership Acumen: Strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Education & Insight: Master’s degree required; a data science-related degree or MBA is a bonus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services is preferred but not required—bring your fresh ideas and a passion for transformation!
