Your Mission
As the Vice President, AI Strategy & Analytics, you will:
- Define the AI Vision: Develop a comprehensive strategy for artificial intelligence across the organization, with a special focus on generative AI.
- Set Guardrails for Innovation: Establish centralized functions and best practices that empower business units to deploy AI effectively and ethically.
- Lead Cross-Functional Excellence: Collaborate with business leaders, finance, and risk management teams to align AI use cases with key organizational objectives.
- Foster Data Science Mastery: Lead a team of top-tier data scientists to design, prototype, and implement analytics solutions that transform business processes.
- Champion Innovation: Drive a culture of test-and-learn experimentation, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation across financial operations.
- Unify Enterprise Strategy: Head the Data and Analytics Council to address enterprise-level topics such as governance, resource allocation, and talent development.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Leadership in Analytics: 7–10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or analytics roles, with a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data, analytics, and data management practices.
- AI Development Experience: Demonstrated success in creating and implementing AI and advanced analytics solutions at scale.
- Master’s Degree: In a relevant field such as business, data science, or technology.
Preferred Skills
- Financial Services Savvy: Experience in the financial services industry is a strong plus.
- Advanced Education: A data science-focused master’s degree or an MBA is preferred.
