The Opportunity: Responsible AI Technical Strategist
We’re seeking an Experienced Responsible AI Engineer who’s passionate about innovation, ethics, and the power of AI to drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll help design, build, and deploy AI solutions that prioritize responsibility, fairness, and transparency. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Develop Ethical AI Models: Create state-of-the-art AI systems that adhere to Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, robustness, and soundness.
- Mitigate AI Risks: Evaluate models for bias, explainability, and privacy, and implement solutions to address identified risks.
- Influence Client Strategies: Partner with clients to craft responsible AI solutions that align with their goals while mitigating risks.
- Optimize Systems: Enhance existing AI systems to improve performance and uphold ethical standards.
- Lead Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, ethical considerations, and regulatory requirements.
- Set Standards: Help establish best practices and guidelines for responsible AI across the organization.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams, academia, and regulators to drive thought leadership and policy innovation.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a creative problem solver with a deep passion for AI and ethics. Here are the skills and experiences we value:
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions (e.g., Regression, NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- 2+ years of experience addressing Responsible AI dimensions (fairness, explainability, robustness).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
- Expertise in AI regulations, cybersecurity, or red teaming practices.
- Industry specialization (e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail).
- Certifications in Responsible AI or cloud platforms.
