Your Role as Adjunct Faculty
As an Adjunct Faculty Member, you’ll bring your expertise and passion to the classroom, providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the evolving tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach graduate-level courses in IT-related fields, including (but not limited to):
- IT infrastructure
- Information systems lifecycle
- Project management
- Data management
- Risk management
- Organizational information security
- Cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence (preferred)
- Foster a high level of student engagement and deliver exceptional instructional support.
- Drive student success in course outcomes, retention, and graduation rates.
- Collaborate with the IST Department on maintaining course relevance and excellence.
- Act as a subject-matter expert to support curriculum development or academic initiatives (optional).
- Coordinate with campus teams to ensure a seamless academic experience for every student.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Terminal degree in a computer-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field) from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise through certifications, research, or professional experience in IT-related areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT or related fields.
- Prior experience teaching at the college/university level.
- International experience (a plus).
- Expertise or credentials in cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence.
