Your Mission as a Senior AI Programmer

As a key player in our AI team, you’ll collaborate with application developers and lead the integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications. You’ll be responsible for crafting cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance performance, drive efficiency, and solve complex challenges, all while mentoring the next generation of tech innovators.

What You’ll Do

• Innovate AI Capabilities: Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to optimize enterprise applications.
• Collaborate & Lead: Partner with architects, engineers, and developers to drive seamless integration of AI across platforms.
• Stay Cutting-Edge: Research and integrate the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Mentor & Inspire: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Ensure Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and secure code while adhering to industry standards and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of AI Programming Experience: Proven expertise in developing robust AI systems.
• Technical Mastery: Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C++.
• Framework Knowledge: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Azure OpenAI, or Amazon Bedrock AI.
• AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and data structures.
• RPA Familiarity: Experience with GenAI and tools like UI Path or Automation Anywhere.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Background:

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Exceptional analytical skills and a results-driven approach.

Location & Work Environment

Work on-site at one of our state-of-the-art offices in Tampa, FL, or Tempe, AZ (Tempe is preferred) for 4 days a week with 1 remote workday.

Compensation & Benefits

At MUFG, we believe in rewarding talent with a competitive package:

• Salary: Base pay of $145,000 - $182,000, based on experience and location.
