Your Mission as Senior AI/ML Research Scientist
As a Senior AI/ML Research Scientist, you’ll:
- Innovate Boldly: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms for mission-driven applications, from supervised learning to reinforcement learning.
- Optimize Solutions: Apply advanced signal processing techniques and mathematical modeling to enhance performance.
- Build Scalable Systems: Integrate AI/ML algorithms into real-world, scalable software systems.
- Analyze Data for Insights: Work with large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and optimize mission success.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with diverse teams to address complex technical challenges and create innovative solutions.
- Shape the Future: Contribute to proposals, mentor junior researchers, and lead projects that redefine the field of AI/ML.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with an emphasis in AI/ML (8+ years of experience), or a Master’s (6+ years), or a Ph.D.
- Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with Matlab, C++, and other computing languages.
- Experience deploying AI/ML in real-world systems and working with Linux and Windows.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, algorithms, and signal processing.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Top-Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in computer science or related field.
- Expertise in applying AI/ML to time-series analysis, computer vision, or predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with transformer models, generative AI, and large-scale AI systems.
- Proven leadership experience and a passion for mentoring the next generation of AI/ML innovators.
