Your Role
As a Tech Consulting AI/ML Scientist, you’ll:
- Innovate with AI/ML: Design and develop cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Drive Business Value: Use your expertise to deliver AI strategies, optimize workflows, and redefine processes.
- Collaborate with Visionaries: Partner with clients, executives, and teams to implement impactful AI solutions.
- Lead with Insight: Provide strategic guidance on AI integration, ensuring solutions align with technical and organizational needs.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest in AI trends, frameworks, and tools while ensuring compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
What You Bring to the Table
Essential Qualifications:
- Certification in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or OCI) or equivalent industry experience.
- 8+ years creating and operating AI/ML systems and leading AI transformation programs.
- Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks and algorithms, including deep learning, NLP, and neural networks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience in designing AI architectures and integrating applications into IT ecosystems.
- Consulting Expertise: At least 2 years in a consulting role with client-facing responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical fields (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Cloud Native Architectures: Expertise with containers, serverless computing, and modern cloud services.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Communications.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Leadership experience in guiding teams, reviewing solutions, and managing end-to-end projects.
- Bonus points for Responsible AI certifications and experience in cybersecurity practices.

Compensation & Benefits
At Accenture, your hard work is recognized and rewarded. Salary ranges vary by location and experience:
- California/New York: $94,400 – $293,800
- Colorado/Illinois/Minnesota: $94,400 – $253,800
- Washington, D.C.: $100,500 – $270,300
