What You’ll Do
Innovative AI & GenAI Solution Development
- Design and develop cutting-edge AI/GenAI solutions, including predictive models, prompt engineering, and end-to-end integrations.
- Build custom AI applications, including plugin-based solutions for ChatClient and similar platforms.
- Process structured and unstructured data for LLMs, including vectorization, embedding, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
Collaborative Problem-Solving
- Partner with clients to understand business problems and tailor AI/GenAI approaches to their needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data engineers and scientists to deliver efficient, high-impact solutions.
- Structure and deliver client presentations with clarity and confidence.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and coach junior associates to foster skill development and collaboration.
- Assist in managing daily operations for global data and analytics teams.
Continuous Learning & Development
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements through hands-on experience and training in technologies like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Apply cutting-edge techniques in machine learning, deep learning, and optimization to solve real-world challenges.
What You Bring
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Systems Engineering).
- At least 1 year of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven expertise in AI/GenAI architecture design and application development.
- Hands-on experience with Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, Keras) and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
- Proficiency in analytical techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, and optimization.
- Familiarity with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) storage, Git Version Control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in simple, impactful ways.
