Your Mission
As an Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding Constellation’s people, property, reputation, and shareholder value by providing actionable intelligence and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and Analyze Threats: Use open and closed data sources to identify potential threats to Constellation’s employees, assets, and reputation.
- Deliver Actionable Intelligence: Author written reports, deliver presentations, and perform oral briefings to key stakeholders, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Support Crisis Management: Participate in incident response and provide intelligence support to Crisis Management Teams, Executive Protection, and special events.
- Collaborate and Network: Build relationships with external agencies such as fusion centers, law enforcement, and intelligence organizations to enhance threat detection and mitigation efforts.
- Leverage Technology: Work with intelligence platforms, social media monitoring tools, and AI-driven technologies to detect and assess risks.
- Contribute to Security Initiatives: Support personnel security adjudication processes, international risk mitigation planning, and compliance activities.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Criminal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in investigative or intelligence analysis, preferably in security or law enforcement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with intelligence platforms and risk mitigation tools.
- Knowledge of personnel security and adjudication processes.
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify patterns and risks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certifications in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in physical security, compliance, or project management (preferably within the energy or critical infrastructure industries).
- Knowledge of security systems, including ExacqVision Video Platform, Tyco CCure Access Control, and AI technologies.
