What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Define the technical direction and architectural vision for AI/ML/Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Bridge the gap between technical complexity and business needs, ensuring strategic alignment.
Architectural Excellence
- Design and implement robust AI Engineering frameworks for scalable ML and GenAI solutions.
- Select best-fit technologies from open-source and commercial options, integrating them seamlessly into existing systems.
- Contribute to MLOps and LLMOps to enhance model deployment and lifecycle management.
Collaborative Innovation
- Work closely with stakeholders, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and business leaders, to pilot use cases and refine architectural designs.
- Lead technical discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise-level goals.
Operational Mastery
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies for AI-powered applications.
- Conduct audits and continuously improve AI tools, workflows, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ethical AI Leadership
- Partner with risk and security teams to ensure ethical implementation of AI while mitigating risks such as data poisoning, adversarial threats, and compliance issues.
Research and Development
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, conducting research to scale AI-powered features and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Client Impact
- Guide AI product managers and business stakeholders to understand the potential and limitations of AI when developing new products.
- Translate client challenges into innovative, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams and executing full system development lifecycle implementations.
- Expertise in AI/ML/Generative AI, including building environments for AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Ability to architect solutions using MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees in related fields.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Azure AI Engineer.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML tools and frameworks, including multimodal models and large language models.
