What You'll Do
Innovate with Generative AI
- Design, develop, and evaluate ML models to solve challenges across industries like healthcare, eCommerce, and manufacturing.
- Leverage neural deep learning and machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems with cutting-edge AI solutions.
Collaborate with Visionaries
- Partner with research scientists, product engineers, and account teams to implement and scale Generative AI solutions.
- Work directly with customers to understand their unique business challenges and deliver innovative solutions that make an impact.
Lead Industry Innovation
- Solve complex problems using ML algorithms, reinforcement learning, and advanced deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MXNet.
- Explore applications such as customer segmentation, event detection, player pose estimation, and virtual assistants.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Build scalable tools and models to optimize customer experience, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate complex mathematical concepts to non-experts with clarity and precision.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field; or Master’s with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Programming Expertise: Skilled in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages.
- ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural deep learning, data mining, and high-performance computing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to apply ML solutions to real-world challenges.
- Publications/Patents: Proven track record of contributions in top-tier peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
- Familiarity with distributed computing, numerical optimization, and parsing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- A history of thought leadership and innovation in applied machine learning.
