What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Deep Expertise: 5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing ML/AI products at scale.
- Problem-Solving Passion: You’re energized by hard problems and drawn to impactful challenges.
- Hands-On Skills: Expert in one or more areas like time series forecasting, natural language processing, classical ML, or deep learning.
- Software Craftsmanship: Skilled in Python, Scala, or similar, and committed to writing high-quality, production-ready code.
- Adaptability: Able to read and implement research papers while aligning solutions to real-world business needs.
- Communication Wizardry: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders.
