About the Role
In this dynamic role, you’ll be part of the Blue Yonder AI Innovation Studio, pushing the boundaries of Generative AI (Gen AI) and machine learning to solve real-world challenges in supply chain optimization. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and deploying AI solutions—not research. What You’ll Do
- Prototype AI Agents: Rapidly develop and iterate AI-powered agents and Gen AI experiences to meet business needs.
- Build Next-Gen Products: Design and implement products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop RAG Pipelines: Create, maintain, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Integrate AI Solutions: Seamlessly embed AI capabilities into existing product platforms.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate performance, measure outcomes, and implement improvements.
- Advance SOTA Techniques: Apply and extend state-of-the-art AI technologies to solve complex challenges.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams to review, refine, and enhance engineering outputs.
- Stay Ahead: Stay on top of industry trends, experimenting with new techniques and technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in scalable system design and implementation.
- Expertise in Python (TypeScript and front-end experience with React is a plus).
- Proven experience building and shipping products powered by LLMs, RAG systems, or AI agents.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to own projects and work across the full stack.
- Passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of AI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup environment within an enterprise.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar Gen AI platforms.
- Knowledge of media-specific libraries such as OpenCV and FFmpeg.
- Interest in the supply chain, retail, or related industries.
