We’re seeking a dynamic Scrum Master with experience in Generative AI to guide our cross-functional teams in building transformative AI-powered solutions. As a key leader in our agile framework, you’ll enable seamless collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders while ensuring our projects stay on track to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Agile Practices: Act as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams working on Generative AI/AI projects, facilitating key ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove Roadblocks: Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to keep the team focused and productive.
• Enable Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including creative designers, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Track Progress: Monitor and report on team velocity, sprint/release progress, and overall project health, providing transparency across the organization.
• Drive AI Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the AI project lifecycle—from data preparation and model training to deployment and monitoring—to guide the team effectively.
• Organizational Impact: Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders to address organizational impediments and scale agile practices across teams.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master Experience: Demonstrated success in facilitating agile processes for technical teams.
• AI Project Exposure: Familiarity with the principles, techniques, and lifecycles of Generative AI/AI projects.
• Effective Communication: Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Generative AI Frameworks: Knowledge of tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Industry Expertise: Experience working on projects that incorporate cutting-edge Generative AI technologies.
