Position: Associate, Cyber Risk & Analysis (AI/ML Focus)
Location: Richmond, VA (Flexible/Remote options may apply)
Salary: $86,000 - $98,200 per year (depending on experience)
Incentives: Eligible for performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate & Execute: Work across teams to manage risk events, ensuring recovery and process improvements are achieved.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements that drive better outcomes for Capital One and our partners.
- Leadership: Lead and guide other associates when necessary, ensuring the team follows best practices.
- Communication: Play a key role in risk management documentation and help coordinate efforts across the enterprise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
- 1+ year in project or process management.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in project/process management.
- 1+ year in Risk Management.
- 1+ year in Change Management.
- 2+ years in Presentation/Communication.
