What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Technician I to join our talented team! If you’re passionate about hands-on work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and have a strong interest in data centers, we want to hear from you. You’ll help install, maintain, and decommission network and cabling infrastructure in mission-critical data center settings, all while contributing to innovative solutions and improvements across projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Install & Decommission Network Infrastructure: Perform network and cabling work in data center environments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Follow production, safety, and industry standards, providing quality workmanship and maintaining data center cleanliness.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with project stakeholders to clear obstacles and keep projects on track, ensuring proper feedback on progress.
  • Blueprints & Documentation: Read and comprehend blueprints, building documents, and redline work, ensuring proper execution of designs.
  • Hands-On Skills: Handle low-voltage cable pulling, fiber terminations, and cable testing with tools like the DSX 5000 and OTDR testers.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Knowledge of telecom hand tools and familiarity with wiring schemes, testing, and terminations.
  • Ability to read and understand floor plans and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of job safety and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with copper and fiber cable testing and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills.
  • A passion for working with the latest infrastructure technologies in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience with low-voltage cable installation and network equipment in a data center is a plus.
  • Skills: Familiarity with field terminations, labeling, and understanding design documents.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on raised platforms. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work with your hands for extended periods.
