What You'll Do
As a Staff AI & Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take the lead in designing and implementing AI/ML-powered solutions across AlixPartners’ platforms and products. You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with a strategic mindset, driving innovation while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Contribute to end-to-end development by collaborating with architects, UX designers, and developers.
- Code, test, and implement features that align with product goals.
- Estimate development timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- AI/ML Solution Development:
- Build and refine prototypes, turning ideas into enterprise-ready systems.
- Design and implement data pipelines, back-end architecture, and AI/ML models tailored to business needs.
- Innovation and Evangelism:
- Drive adoption of AI-driven solutions, positioning AlixPartners as a leader in technology innovation.
- Share your expertise across the organization, inspiring teams to embrace cutting-edge technologies.
- Continuous Improvement:

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks and technologies.
- Experience leading technical projects, mentoring team members, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
