We are currently seeking a dynamic Research and Development Analyst to join our team and support the creation of cutting-edge products in the Behavior and Personality domains.
What You’ll Do:
As a Research and Development Analyst, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team of experts—from Research Directors to Data Analysts and Digital Developers—to support all phases of product development. You will contribute to the development, refinement, and quality control of assessments while working on exciting projects that help shape the future of clinical testing. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of print and digital components.
- Contributing to writing new test items, piloting materials, and creating product specifications.
- Drafting, editing, and finalizing test components, such as manuals, record forms, and stimulus books.
- Conducting literature reviews and contributing content for scoring and reporting software programs.
- Ensuring visual and auditory stimuli meet usability and global content standards.
- Flexibility to occasionally accommodate meetings with international teams (~10% of time).
Who You Are:
You’re a detail-oriented, organized individual with a passion for research and clinical assessments. You bring:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a clinical or educational field. Expertise in socio-emotional learning and behavior or personality disorders is a plus.
- Experience: Background in research methods and statistics. Previous experience in administering or interpreting clinical assessments is highly valued.
- Skills:
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex research into clear, actionable content.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using technology and software, with an interest in upskilling in areas like AI.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 (based on experience and location).
