Your Role

As a Senior Researcher, you will:

  • Lead groundbreaking research projects, from concept to implementation, in areas like LAMs, LLMs, and multi-agent systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and product teams to transform ideas into scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to state-of-the-art research, publishing in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, and CVPR.
  • Design and optimize large-scale machine learning pipelines, advancing AI model pre-training, fine-tuning, and continual learning.
  • Explore theoretical foundations, developing new algorithms, theorems, and proofs that drive the evolution of AI systems.

What You Bring

You are a visionary researcher with a passion for solving complex challenges and making a tangible impact on the world.

Required Qualifications:

  • A PhD (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
  • Proven research excellence demonstrated by publications in top-tier AI/ML venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of post-PhD research experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or related fields.
  • Expertise in large-scale transformer/LLM pre-training, fine-tuning, and behavior cloning.
  • Experience designing, optimizing, and running large-scale machine learning pipelines.
  • Strong theoretical foundations with a track record of developing novel algorithms and proofs.
  • Hands-on experience building data collection and curation pipelines.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a keen interest in real-world applications of AI.

Base Salary Range: $117,200 – $229,200 (higher ranges in NYC and SF). Learn more about our compensation and benefits.
