What You’ll Do

As an AI/ML Health Data Science Consultant, you’ll work with cutting-edge tools and techniques to help our clients harness the full potential of their data. You will:

• Analyze and transform complex datasets using tools like Python, R, and SQL to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence solutions that drive decision-making and automate processes.
• Create engaging dashboards and visualizations using BI tools like Power BI or Amazon QuickSight, making data accessible to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively in Agile environments to deliver impactful results for clients.
• Support business development efforts, including responding to RFPs, developing concept papers, and showcasing prototype solutions.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data transformation and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working on large, complex datasets.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Kanban and Git.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Expertise in healthcare-specific systems, coding (ICD, CPT, DRG), or standards (SNOMED, FHIR, CDA).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• Experience designing visual data stories and using BI tools for impactful presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in teams while also working independently.
