Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
As the Senior Mission Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting all aspects of LFE operations on the East Coast. You’ll be the go-to point of contact for government personnel, driving mission success from scenario development to post-mission debriefs and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mission Leadership: Coordinate and oversee mission planning, scenario development, live/virtual/constructive operational support, and post-mission analysis.
- Collaborative Planning: Engage with government agencies and stakeholders to synchronize mission objectives and training operations across the range complex.
- Operational Expertise: Provide training aids, operational briefings, and debriefs to enhance aircrew mission readiness and ensure range utilization efficiency.
- Range Coordination: Schedule and manage range activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation while maintaining compliance with contract requirements.
- Real-Time Execution: Perform Range Training Officer (RTO) functions when needed, offering hands-on expertise during critical mission moments.
- Continuous Improvement: Deliver feedback on mission performance, provide lessons learned, and recommend strategies for enhanced outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a leader with a deep understanding of DoD training operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving excellence in mission execution.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of DoD training range experience and 3 years of managerial experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance Programs and Cyber Security Awareness.
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-agency training operations.
- Clearance:
- Top Secret clearance required (eligible for TS/SCI).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and government agencies.
