About the Role

As a Senior AI/ML Solution Architect, you will:

• Lead the charge in innovation: Develop a portfolio of AI/ML offerings tailored to solve our customers’ most pressing challenges.
• Collaborate with impact: Partner with business development, research and development teams, and other SMEs to deliver differentiated AI solutions for proposals, programs, and R&D initiatives.
• Architect the future: Leverage advanced AI/ML techniques to build secure, scalable, and speedy solutions that set Leidos apart.
• Advance AI integration: Promote the adoption of MLOps, DataOps, and DevSecOps to optimize solution delivery and operations.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced innovator with a passion for problem-solving and expertise in advanced AI/ML technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Master’s degree + 15–20 years of experience, or Doctorate + 13–16 years. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong credentials in AI subfields such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI/LLMs.
  • Experience with Computer Vision, Autonomous Systems, and advanced analytics.
• Architecture Skills:
  • Proven ability to design solutions across diverse AI/ML disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of MLOps, DataOps, and their integration with DevSecOps.
• Clearance:
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
