About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager - AI, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering AI-driven features that enable Splunk customers to work smarter, faster, and more securely. You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving the roadmap for high-performance AI integrations tailored to cybersecurity and observability.
• Collaborating across teams to deeply integrate generative AI, machine learning, and anomaly detection into Splunk’s product portfolio.
• Partnering with engineering, design, and field teams to develop user stories, define product specifications, and ensure seamless execution.
• Engaging with customers to uncover needs, define solutions, and create a world-class user experience.
• Supporting go-to-market strategies by working closely with product marketing and partner organizations.

What You’ll Bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with proven success in delivering AI or machine learning solutions.
• Expertise in AI and ML platforms, including generative AI, deep learning, and anomaly detection systems.
• Proficiency with tools and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, ONNX, and experience with MLOps and AIOps concepts.
• A passion for understanding customer challenges and crafting solutions that drive value and innovation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and data-informed decision-making skills.
• The ability to navigate complex technical and business environments with creativity and a bias for action.
