Imagine being at the cutting edge of generative AI innovation, where your ideas spark transformation. As a Generative AI Developer & Engineer, you’ll design and implement advanced AI models and systems that redefine what’s possible across industries.

You’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the field, working on projects that transition seamlessly from prototype to production. If you’re excited by transformer architectures like GPT or BERT and are passionate about creating AI solutions that deliver real-world impact, this is the role for you.

This is NOT a remote role. You’ll be working in-office three days a week to collaborate closely with our team of innovators.

What You’ll Do

• Innovate with AI: Develop and deploy generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Push Boundaries: Explore the latest advancements in transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT) and integrate them into impactful solutions.
• Solve Real Problems: Use natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision to tackle complex challenges and create groundbreaking applications.
• Build for Scale: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy scalable AI systems, adhering to MLOps practices for reliability.
• Design Smarter Systems: Optimize neural network architectures to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, from brainstorming to final deployment.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Proven track record of developing and deploying generative AI models, with strong programming skills in Python and expertise in machine learning and deep learning libraries.
• Technical Mastery:
  • Expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, and transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps practices.
• Creative Problem-Solving: The ability to design and optimize neural network architectures with efficiency and innovation in mind.
• Passion for AI: A love for staying ahead of AI advancements and applying them to solve real-world challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
