As our AI Architect, you’ll set the strategic direction for AI capabilities, ensuring every solution aligns with business goals and technical requirements. You’ll collaborate across teams, champion innovation, and deliver AI solutions that solve real-world challenges.
From implementing large-scale LLMs to optimizing AI models for performance, your work will empower data-driven decisions and innovation throughout the enterprise.
Your Key Contributions
- Strategic Vision & Innovation: Identify, design, and implement enterprise AI use cases aligned with business strategies.
- LLM Leadership: Lead the evaluation, integration, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- AI Solution Development: Develop frameworks for training, testing, deploying, and scaling AI models, while monitoring models for potential biases and inaccuracies.
- Seamless Integration: Partner with IT teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Data Pipeline Design: Build robust data pipelines to support LLM training and inference.
- Business Impact: Communicate AI insights, results, and opportunities effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of architecting enterprise environments, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML/NLP solutions.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI from major vendors (e.g., Microsoft, OpenAI, Google, Amazon, Anthropic).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and advanced NLP frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker for scalable, reliable AI solutions.
- Advanced data engineering principles to build and optimize AI workflows.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning technical solutions with business goals and fostering collaboration.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (preferred).
