What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop AI/ML systems to address real-world business challenges, using your technical expertise to create scalable solutions that drive tangible results.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize and transform their processes, identifying opportunities to implement AI/ML technology and streamline workflows.
- Lead AI/ML strategy for clients by providing guidance on the most effective tools, frameworks, and methodologies to leverage for business success.
- Experiment and innovate with cutting-edge technologies to solve complex problems, ensuring the integration of AI/ML solutions aligns with business goals.
- Communicate complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences, translating them into clear, actionable insights for C-Suite executives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions across different industries.
What You Need:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in the design and implementation of AI/ML systems, including deep knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and NLP.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python, R, or Java and strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring AI/ML teams, driving projects from inception to execution, and managing key client relationships.
- Proven ability to work with operations teams to integrate AI/ML solutions, aligning them with business needs and technical requirements.
- A consulting background with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, providing strategic AI/ML advice to clients.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and certifications in at least one major cloud provider.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for conveying the business value of AI technologies to senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and business needs.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Math.
- Experience with data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Industry-specific experience in Financial Services, Health, Public Services, Communications, or Media Tech.
- Familiarity with Cloud Native, Containers, and Serverless Architectures.

Compensation ranges based on role and location, with the potential for performance-based salary increases and stock options.
- California: $94,400 to $293,800
- Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
- New York: $87,400 to $293,800
- Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
