Join us as a Program Manager III, where you'll lead impactful, multi-disciplinary projects and make sure our AI products serve everyone, no matter where they come from.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Complex Programs: Drive cross-functional projects and operations that span teams, offices, and time zones. Work closely with stakeholders to manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate key decisions.
- Advance Generative AI Fairness: Strengthen alignment across key stakeholders and ensure that fairness is embedded into YouTube’s AI products, making sure that AI technology serves a diverse global community.
- Create Strategic Communication Plans: Design and implement clear communication strategies, keeping executive and key partner stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Continuous Improvement: Oversee program lifecycle phases, focusing on resource stewardship, defining metrics, and ensuring program performance meets near- and long-term objectives.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Manage expectations and foster strong connections with senior cross-functional leads, ensuring they have the insights and information they need to make informed decisions.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience in product inclusion and a strong background in Generative AI.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in driving programs that address diversity, equity, and inclusion in product development and technology.
- A track record of leading teams and navigating through complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and technical areas.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $139,000–$207,000 (depending on location) + bonus + equity + benefits.
