What You'll Do:

• Be a Storyteller & Trusted Advisor: You’ll present the o9 platform by telling compelling stories, positioning us as the business partner who elevates practices and creates efficiencies, solving complex use cases.
• Understand Client Needs: Partner with clients to understand their challenges, identify value leakage, and tailor your solutions and demos to address their specific business needs.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside industry solution experts and account executives to craft targeted demos, proof of concepts, and RFPs, focusing on the client’s strategic priorities.
• Design Practical Solutions: Using your business acumen, design creative, practical solutions to meet client needs and showcase them through engaging demos.
• Drive ROI with Impact: Leverage existing business impact models to demonstrate ROI and drive client decisions through tailored proposals and platform demonstrations.
• Ensure Success: Transition knowledge from winning proposals to the implementation team, ensuring a seamless handoff and smooth project execution.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: 8-10+ years in a presales/solutions consulting capacity, with a proven background in supply chain planning processes and enterprise planning applications.
• Storytelling & Domain Expertise: Strong domain knowledge combined with exceptional storytelling skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Proactive & Innovative: Ability to think creatively in preparing demos, presentations, and tailored responses that address client pain points.
• Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating proficiency in both product knowledge and domain expertise.
• Strong Communication: Ability to connect with senior executives and decision-makers, making a lasting impact with your communication.
• Technical Acumen: Expertise in R/Python, supply planning, and optimization is preferred.
• Customer Empathy: A deep understanding of client concerns with the ability to align solutions that meet their business needs.
