What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead a specific product family from start to finish, driving profitability and ensuring that all product features address customer needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, content, and technology, to ensure successful product development and execution.
  • Drive Customer-Focused Innovation: Translate customer feedback and pain points into clear product requirements, while engaging in technical discussions to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define product KPIs and OKRs, staying disciplined with data-driven decisions that lead to impactful product enhancements.
  • Optimize UX & Testing: Leverage UX best practices and methodologies such as A/B testing to ensure the best possible product experience for users.
  • Lead with Passion: Share your insights and experience by participating in customer-facing environments and maintaining a deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of product management experience, including a proven track record of releasing product changes that drive customer satisfaction and commercial impact.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to craft business cases and product plans that align with business goals.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in analyzing complex challenges and delivering solutions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with stakeholders across various departments, using strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Generative AI and its potential for product innovation is a plus.
  • Flexibility & Creativity: A passion for learning, creative problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
