What You'll Do:
- Own Key Accounts: Focus on developing, expanding, and closing opportunities with top customers in the Eastern PA region, partnering with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive success.
- Build and Lead Virtual Teams: Work in a matrixed environment, building cross-functional teams of partners, account managers, SEs, and others to drive account growth.
- Drive Partner-Led Demand Generation: Lead call campaigns and demand generation efforts with partners to expand Juniper’s footprint and revenue in strategic accounts.
- Engage with Executives: Utilize your executive selling skills to engage CxOs, IT managers, and decision-makers in high-level discussions to close big deals.
- Manage Opportunities: Oversee and manage short, mid, and long-term opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
- Strategic Focus: Craft and execute 3, 6, and 9-month account plans with a focus on pipeline growth, while developing relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with internal and external resources to drive sales and ensure Juniper’s solutions meet customer needs.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 6-8 years in networking and network security sales, with a solid track record of driving revenue through channel partners and direct sales efforts.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data networking concepts including routing and switching, and experience working in the Networking/Telco industry.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead virtual account teams, engage partners, and work in a matrixed environment to close sales.
- Relationship Management: Skilled at identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and building long-lasting partnerships.
- Executive Presence: Experience engaging with senior executives, presenting solutions, and negotiating complex sales deals.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to prioritize, develop sales strategies, and manage a full sales pipeline from identification to close.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and partners.
