What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth: Identify, engage, and develop new and existing accounts within key verticals (Fortune 1000, Retail, Healthcare, and more).
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside an incredible team of Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, Field Marketing, Partner Account Managers, and Channel Partners to design and deliver impactful solutions.
- Lead Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-Level executives and key decision-makers to drive business outcomes through Juniper’s innovative networking solutions.
- Close Deals: Lead the charge in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales opportunities. Exceed sales quotas and drive the growth of both new logos and new product introductions.
- Market Differentiation: Be the subject matter expert on Juniper’s offerings and showcase our differentiation in the competitive landscape, highlighting how we can drive AI-native network solutions.
- Build Long-Term Partnerships: Grow an annuity business by developing franchise customers and long-term strategic relationships.
- Forecast & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate weekly/quarterly sales forecasts, and manage a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Be a Juniper Ambassador: Lead and support local and regional events, both virtual and in-person, showcasing the value and impact of Juniper’s solutions to a wider audience.
What You Need:
- Networking Expertise: Deep experience with IT networking, especially in WiFi, Switching, SD-WAN, and Artificial Intelligence. Bonus points for expertise in Routing, Data Center Switching, and Security.
- Salesforce Mastery: Proficient in Salesforce.com to manage customer accounts and sales pipelines effectively.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to influence and inspire confidence with key stakeholders.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Bring authenticity, integrity, and a positive attitude to every interaction.
- Creativity & Proactivity: Ability to think outside the box, drive proactive strategies, and solve complex problems for your clients.
- Organized & Focused: Strong prioritization skills, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple customer relationships and sales cycles.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within networking solutions, with a deep understanding of enterprise client needs and solutions.
