Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Lead the analysis of complex issues such as eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, and more, ensuring that solutions are data-driven and aligned with healthcare policies.
- AI & RPA Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to identify, explore, and implement AI and RPA opportunities, including building attended and unattended BOTs to streamline operations.
- Strategic Guidance: Advise executives on developing impactful functional strategies, often segmented by unique business needs, using insights derived from complex data sets.
- Independent Decision Making: Exercise independent judgment to make decisions on complex issues with minimal supervision, ensuring the best course of action for business success.
- Data Visualization: Create dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI, translating raw data into insightful business information that drives strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship (required for Department of Defense contract).
- Must be eligible to receive interim approval for a government security clearance.
- 5+ years of healthcare experience and a deep understanding of healthcare-related data.
- Proven experience in working with large data sets and complex data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- 2+ years of project leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of data reporting and proficiency with data warehouse concepts.
- Experience in creating impactful dashboards that influence business strategy.
- Comfortable working independently with complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Work-At-Home Requirements:
- Must have access to a high-speed DSL or cable modem for optimal performance (25x10 mbps).
- A dedicated workspace to ensure privacy and the protection of member PHI/HIPAA information.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $117,600 – $161,700 per year (based on experience).
- Bonus Incentive: Eligible for a bonus based on company and individual performance.
