What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives business growth and expands our banking client portfolio. Work with key leaders across NTT DATA’s banking vertical and cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions.
- Practice Oversight: Manage the P&L, client relationships, sales pursuits, and brand development. You'll lead the creation of innovative solutions and intellectual property, establishing our practice as a market leader.
- Thought Leadership: Use your expertise to shape the conversation around the future of banking. Share insights through webinars, blogs, media interviews, and formal campaigns to highlight NTT DATA’s capabilities and drive industry innovation.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture senior/executive-level client relationships, providing value-driven advisory services and leading critical initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- Talent Development: Attract, promote, and retain a high-performing team of consultants. Lead the recruitment and development of top talent for our practice to ensure long-term success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding the competitive landscape and positioning NTT DATA’s value proposition as the go-to provider for innovative banking and financial services solutions.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of Consulting Experience: Expertise in managing complex business relationships with a focus on strategic transformation.
- 12+ years in the Banking Domain: Experience spanning people, process, and technology, with a clear understanding of business transformation within the industry.
- 8+ years of Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing a consulting practice or business unit, including the development of go-to-market strategies and revenue growth.
- 10+ years of Client Engagement Experience: Focused on delivering value-driven advisory services and solutions that lead to measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Big Four Consulting Experience: Experience with leading consulting firms is highly valued.
- MBA: Preferred, though not required.
