What You'll Be Doing:

As an Environmental Services Technician I, you’ll help ensure that our facility stays clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. Your role includes:

• General Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks in patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other areas of the facility, ensuring a sanitary and comfortable environment.
• Room Set-Up: Help set up rooms for patients, maintaining cleanliness and readiness for each new patient.
• Trash & Linen Handling: Safely dispose of waste, handle linens, and maintain inventory of supplies for departments.
• Equipment Handling: Operate cleaning equipment like floor buffers, vacuums, and washers, ensuring everything is running smoothly.
• Supply Distribution: Ensure that departments have the necessary supplies to keep operations running efficiently.
• Collaborate: Work with a team of professionals, maintaining effective communication and supporting each other to achieve goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work Ethic: A strong commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication with colleagues and other hospital staff.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift Type: Day Shift
• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Pay Range: $23.36 to $28.02 per hour
