Now, we are looking for a Lead AI Architect to join our team and work with a leading FinTech client on an exciting project that will shape the future of AI and software development.
This is your chance to be at the forefront of Generative AI and advanced software development lifecycle (SDLC) technologies. You will play a key role in designing and implementing GenAI solutions that accelerate innovation and deliver impactful services to our client’s customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the AI Vision: Drive the architectural design and development of cutting-edge GenAI-driven solutions for a FinTech client, focusing on building an end-to-end GenAI Developer Assistant to enhance their SDLC framework.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the main technical contact between the customer and the offshore team. Ensure that all requirements are gathered and understood to align the platform’s goals with customer expectations.
- Architect GenAI Models: Provide expertise on LLM (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. Oversee the integration and deployment of these models, ensuring they meet customer-specific requirements.
- Multi-Agent Frameworks: Lead discussions on multi-agent frameworks and ensure smooth interactions between multiple agents in the system.
- Rapid Prototyping & Troubleshooting: Address on-the-ground challenges by rapidly prototyping solutions and troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth platform performance and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer to the customer’s internal teams, ensuring they can manage, scale, and optimize the solution post-deployment.
What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, particularly around LLM and RAG architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and model integration into enterprise systems. Experience in webhooks, IDE integrations, and multi-agent systems is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor teams, coordinating with offshore and onshore resources, and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a knack for rapid prototyping to address unforeseen challenges.
- Client-Focused Approach: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
