What You'll Do: Innovate, Create, and Lead

? Lead Game-Changing Projects

• Build generative AI solutions from scratch—strategize, execute, and deliver innovations that align with FabFitFun’s vision.
• Be the go-to thought leader, offering insights on best practices and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.

???? Develop AI-Powered Experiences

• Design customer-facing AI chat experiences that wow:
  • Personalized product descriptions tailored to our members.
  • Engaging chatbots for account, billing, purchasing, and order management.
  • Intelligent agents to handle complex internal workflows seamlessly.
• Code and optimize backend systems in Python and Java to support AI functionality.
• Experiment with prompt engineering to craft and fine-tune generative AI use cases for stellar results.

???? Ensure Quality and Performance

• Implement robust QA solutions to monitor chatbot performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and a premium user experience.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Participate in agile sprints to prioritize, execute, and refine AI initiatives.
• Document and share knowledge to establish industry-leading best practices.

What You'll Bring: Your Superpowers

Required Experience:

• 1+ year working hands-on with foundational LLM models, including deploying, fine-tuning, and integrating them into production.
• 5+ years as a backend-focused software engineer with advanced proficiency in Python or Java.
• Knowledge of data science concepts to evaluate performance and optimize AI systems.
• A proven track record of building and scaling domain-driven backend systems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a knack for simplifying complex tech for non-technical collaborators.
• Experience with observability, ensuring reliable systems, and driving small, frequent deployments.
• Skills in prompt engineering to refine AI output with innovative experimentation.

Preferred AI Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with LLM agent architectures (e.g., AutoGen, MetaGPT, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks like Dialog Flow, Rasa, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and implementing AI safety practices for ethical applications.
